Skills of a Strategic Negotiator

Over the years, this has been crystallized as the basic principles of masters in the negotiation business:

- Listen: Ability to hear and understand
- Empathize: Ability to wear the shoes of the other man/woman
- Disclose: Ability to state your side of the story and decisions that motivates acceptance & satisfaction.

Watch this space as I plan to digest all three sub heads and hopefully build more leaders in the negotiation that deliver business/personal/spiritual results on a consistent basis
